Jia Chao Technology Group was established in 2015 and currently employs 860 people. The group operates a design company—Jia Biao Mould—as well as two new-material companies—Anhui Jiayao and Guangdong Jiasun’an—and owns three major production bases located in Dongguan, Hunan, and Anhui, covering a total area of over 50,000 square meters.
Jia Chao specializes in structural components for power batteries and energy storage battery packs in the new-energy sector. Its primary products include busbars, copper and aluminum bars, and cell terminal tabs used within battery packs. Currently, Jia Chao ranks among the top three in the bare copper bar industry. The company’s products comply with industry standards such as ISO14001, ISO9001, and IATF16949. Jia Chao serves well-known clients in the new-energy sector, including CATL, NIO, XPeng, Li Auto, Xinwangda, Sunwoda, Haichen, KELONG Electronics, Envision New Energy, and Svolt. Jia Chao is an innovative, integrated manufacturing enterprise that combines R&D and production, with annual revenues from its core business exceeding 600 million RMB.
